Position Papers


From time to time, the Wilton Conservation Commission has interests or concerns about activities within or outside of Wilton that it believes will have an effect on the town, its open spaces and natural, aesthetic or ecological areas, marshlands, swamps and other wetlands.

The commission may write position- or advisory papers or letters about such activities to alert, inform and / or advise the Select Board, other Town of Wilton boards or committees, and / or the citizens of Wilton, of the nature of these activities and their potential for benefit or harm.
