TOWN OF WILTON AMBULANCE

Per‐Diem / On Call EMT/EMT‐I/AEMT/Paramedics Needed The Town of Wilton Ambulance Service is accepting applications for the position of Per‐Diem/On Call EMT/EMT‐I/AEMT and Paramedics. The Wilton Ambulance Service is a municipal ambulance service that serves approximately 7,000 citizens of the towns of Wilton, Lyndeborough and Greenfield, NH. Our call volume is approximately 650 calls per year.
Pay Scale is:
EMT’s:  $10.00 – $17.50/hour                  commensurate with experience
EMT‐I/AEMT’s:  $12.00 – $19.50/hour  commensurate with experience
Paramedics:  $18.00 - $25.50/hour            commensurate with experience

Callback time is with a two hour minimum.

Minimum qualifications for the position of On Call EMT/EMT‐I/AEMT are:
New Hampshire Provider License, or able to obtain a New Hampshire Provider License.
National Registry of EMT at the EMT, EMT‐Basic, AEMT, or EMT‐Intermediate Certification
Current American Heart Association BLS (CPR) for HCP, or American Red Cross Professional Rescuer.
Able to perform as a Paramedic up to the NHTSA’s Functional Job Analysis for EMT’s
As in NHTSA Paramedic Functional Job Analysis, up to and including (on page 2):

"Aptitudes required for work of this nature are:
Good physical stamina, endurance, and body condition that would not be adversely affected by frequently having to walk, stand, lift, carry, and balance at times, in excess of 125 pounds."

TOWN OF WILTON HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT WORKER

The Town of Wilton is accepting applications for a full-time self-motivated person for the Highway Department.  The ideal candidate needs to have a minimum of a Class B CDL and clean driving record.  Should also have heavy equipment experience such as grader, front end loader and backhoe.  Plow experience in a Class B vehicle with a wing desirable. CONSERVATION COMMISSION RECORDER

The Wilton Conservation Commission is seeking a Recorder to attend our meetings on the second Tuesday of each month at the Wilton Town Hall at 7:00pm. They will take minutes either in long hand or with a computer. We do not video tape or electronically record our meetings. After the meeting they will edit the raw minutes into a draft and email it to Bart Hunter, Chairman of the Wilton Conservation Commission, for posting and distribution.

The week before each month's meeting the Recorder will work with the Chairman to produce an agenda for that meeting. This must be ready to post at least twenty four hours before the meeting to comply with NH's Right To Know laws.

Note that in the future, due to conditions beyond our control, we may be required to conduct our meetings electronically.

Knowledge of New Hampshire RSAs and experience recording meetings is highly desirable, however we are willing to work with someone who is willing to learn.

DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS

Classification:
Regular Full Time Salaried Position (FLSA exempt)

Job Summary:
General Purpose: Performs highly responsible administrative and professional work leading the operation of the Town's Department of Public Works, which consists of the Highway Department and Buildings and Grounds; physically a working member of the department.

The Highway Division: Responsible for the highways and roads, equipment maintenance, bridges, and dams. Responsible for road maintenance, drainage, catch basins, ditching, brush cutting, sweeping, plowing, sanding/salting, culvert pipe installation, public safety signage, and issuing of roadway excavation permits. Fleet maintenance is also handled by this Division.

Buildings & Grounds Maintenance Division: Responsible for all exterior maintenance of Town buildings and properties. This Division is also responsible for overseeing the care of the landscaping of all Town- owned property, and burials in the Cemeteries.
