Wilton Resident Survey Results Are In!
Thank you to the 273 residents who completed the recent online survey focused on economic development and the future of Wilton. Thank you also to the dozen or so folks who participated in two in-person focus groups.
The information from this survey will be used to update the economic development chapter of Wilton's Master Plan, which will guide development in town for many years to come. The Select Board will also be discussing the results, and determining what actions they can take to address some of the input from the survey.
At the links below, you can find two documents. The first is a presentation summary of the survey results. The second is a spreadsheet with all the verbatim text answers to the open-ends questions.
If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to [email protected].

This team's responsibilities are to set priorities, make recommendations, and guide the execution of programs and projects that help achieve the vision of Wilton residents to remain a vibrant and thriving small town. Our goals are to protect its rural environment, historic charm, and natural resources while promoting opportunities for residential and business growth that are compatible with, responsive to and supportive of the needs of the community and local economy.

• Business Development
• Connectivity/Infrastructure
• Marketing
• Regulatory

• Streetscaping
Our projects are further categorized as low, medium and high priority. This list is a living document – as we complete projects, new ones are also being added. . For details on our active and completed projects, see the Eco-Dev Prioritized Project List in the links section.
