The 2020 U.S. Census is Coming Next Month – Why Is It Important?
In addition to determining how many seats N.H. gets in Congress, census data is also used in many programs to allocate funding to the states. In 2016 alone, N.H. received $3,718,487,379 through 55 federal spending programs guided by data derived from the 2010 Census.
