Tracey Ewing, a six-year Wilton resident and volunteer, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday August 17, 2019. 

Tracey served as a member on the Planning Board, Sewer Commission and a member of the Capital Improvement Board. She volunteered as an election volunteer and as a fill-in Supervisor of the Checklist.  She also volunteered with the Main Street Association and worked on the committee for the 2019 Old Home Days, coming up with the theme of “Why We Come Home”.

 Tracey Elizabeth (Bateman) Ewing of Wilton NH, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday August 17, 2019

She was born October 18, 1972, in Cleveland Ohio, daughter of Robert (deceased) and Margaret (Harroff) Bateman of Frankfort, KY.

She is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Sean Ewing; and sister Carey (Bateman) Ruff of Versailles, KY.

Tracey was an avid knitter and home renovator. She enjoyed traveling as well as being active in local government.

Funeral services are private. Friends can be received at her home at 15 Pine Valley Street, Wilton, Wednesday August 21st from 4-6 p.m.

There will be a book to sign instead of cards, no flowers or plants please. If you need to give - give to something that Tracey was passionate about. If you knew her, you know where to give.
